Interesting timing… directors cannot buy on market when they are in possession of information of a material nature. He bought pretty much as soon as that GC hospital announcement came out so he must have a positive feeling on it’s possible outcomes….

however the timing is also of note as the RHC extension is clearly still undecided as that would certainly be of material nature…. Hmmmmm doesn’t mean it won’t get signed just probably signals that it isn’t cleared for completion just yet.

all pretty interesting particularly in light of the GC health sign on for a small and brief pilot..
