I hope Australia doesn't go down the path of Apartheid. Rhodesia was a wealthy country with an enviable standard of living, it fell apart in a few decades with the whites almost all leaving and the country falling into brutal savagery.
If we start down the Apartheid route the path is clear. No one is hiding it. It starts with seperate representation in parliament, jobs reserved on a racial basis, seperate townships, a treaty, land confiscation, businesses requiring racial ownership, etc.
As with Rhodesia a new elite will arise and become rich, most aboriginals won't be enriched. ATSIC showed us this in quick time.
Mr Albanese will be remembered as the Ian Smith of this disaster. Perhaps Dutton will be his "eminent person", a latter day Malcolm Fraser. Who will be our Mugabe?
If this referendum for Apartheid gets up we will be on the same path as Rhodesia and non aboriginals need to start thinking of second passports for their children.
Say no to Apartheid.
