mostly the first decision to make is -------------- climate. Does one mind cold places, does one dislike hot places.

following on from that - what kind of standards ------ does on require clean clean - or does one not mind the rats in Vietnam or Thailand etc.

if one has the funding ok for anywhere else - then there's quite a lot of choice - but, then the admin is a factor. Eg. Thailand is a constant admin thing - but, France is easy only requires annual maintenance for a while - then even less later.

Places that come to mind of some interest - France, Bahamas, Spain (possibly), Bali, Thailand, -- all of those would be easy. It also depends on if one has some connections - like if you ever spoke to an Irish person - apparently that's enough to get you a passport and citizenship ------ the only stipulation is that you have to like Guinness - but, if you have any family connection - you're basically in.
A golden passport can get you into many many places - again for me, first question is climate, I can't go past France really, but that's me.
