phone call with drona - a different view

I honestly don't know what to think or believe. I only know I don't have any faith in Drona. Phone calls or not - the recent capital raising was great proof of how Mr Drona works. The rules of the cap raise were clearly labelled and right at the end Mr Drona decided he'd change the rules to suit his own whim. I've heard rumours of what went down (not going to post it) and basically I feel Drona is at the heart of this debacle. He does not have the interests of shareholders at heart.

I have a decent paper loss on this but not as big as some of the other AVX faithfuls.

I'm all for a change of management - given Drona's track record and where the company is right now, do we really need to give him another chance to prove himself???

I appreciate your post biotek and would really like to see what they come up with. I don't know much about the two directors who have put forward the motion to boot Drona, but surely they can't do worse??

All along we have heard time and again that Avexa have good scientists and bad management. So who have we lost and who has stayed. we lose Dr Julian chick and keep Drona?? I would much prefer the brains and lose the incompetent management. Where will AVX go without any brains in the engine room??

I intend to vote Drona out whenever the EGM is held. Can't stand him. At least some good will come out of the shares I still hold.
