"Having said that, imo the big issue is still the approvals to start filling any of the ponds! With the jetty and causeway construction getting underway, we need to see the ponds filling soon if we aren’t going to lose another year of production."

As I said, "Just another thing they are waiting on/dealing with......"
And hopefully, and more importantly imo, we are only a week or two away from finding out how much more this monster will end up costing, and for what sort of return.....
