With reference to your Presidential Decree in relation PanAust acquiring from Codelco a majority interest in the Inca de Oro copper/gold project.

Dude. DUDE... That draft Decree has been on your desk for a couple of months now. PanAust are a good bunch, even Goldman Sachs is ramping them (see recent AFR article extract below). I know your new on the job and probably have a lot of house keeping to sort out but please can you autograph the Decree asap. Sometime this week would be great. A rally would be nice in these turbulent times.

Oh, and a small favour while youre there, perhaps you could drop a few words of comfort around the DOW jones. Just something like chill out folks the euros gonna be ok'. Everyone is just so jumpy at the moment.
