Back-of-the-envelope, at $5 / share, GNC's UMG stake is worth about $127m. This is $47m above the carrying value of UMG in GNC's accounts as at 30 September 2022. Distributing all proceeds would be about 56cps, distributing just the profit would be about 21cps ...
