So, your handlers are preparing comment for you, and now you're just posting screenshots @4hrworkweek? That's lazy. Please ask them to use an English spellchecker.
The article you cite from New Era Live (https://neweralive.na/posts/mayor-questions-lithium-arrests) conflates two separate issues. Readers of your posts know that English is not your strength, but do take the time to read the article yourself before you draw your conclusion.
Theme One - Karibib Railway Station
According to the article, Lepidolite rocks are being picked up by residents near the Karibib railway station. You'll be shocked to learn that the Karibib railway station is ... in Karibib.
Karibib is the town located near LPD's mine, but LPD has not commenced mining. I guess the rocks could have rolled to the railway station, they may have got there from operations by Desert Lion when it was shipping rocks to China, or they may have come from elsewhere.
The Karibib mayor said that unemployed youth "...flock to a site near the station, where they pick up...stones...". This "site" is not LPD's mine.
Although lepidolite contains lithium, it is far more likely that the rocks are being sought for their aesthetic value. Polished lepidolite is also sold as gemstone.
Theme Two - Police Action
The police commissioner said that people are not being arrested randomly, and provided no further comment. The complaint lodged by Lepidico seems to relate to a separate matter.Separately, you attempt to link US DFC project funding approval to concerns raised in the newspaper article. The link doesn't exist. Concern over picking rocks from the railway line has more to do with public safety (getting hit by a train), not property theft.
LPD is engaged in community development programs in Karibib to improve economic prosperity of residents. The projects are discussed in previous annual reports.
Your handler ask "What impact of (sic) any has it had?". The answer is clear: None.
ESG is assessed early in the DFC approval process, and LPD has completed this step. The article you cite is not relevant to DFC assessment. You raise a total misnomer.Investors will remain unconvinced by your vacuous arguments.
