@WoodySpoon the announcement, all three TO solicitations are all non-binding. Essentially the same barring the prices.
It's a good thing to have such a premium added offer. However, I am skeptical about the integrity of LTR board. For 5 months from the 1st offer, there had been enough time to do lots of insider accumulation.
Anyways, this should convinced LEO holders the value of the project.
