Keep on track indeed. They are not on track with oncology. They have left the track. They are so far off-track, that they can't even see the track, and have no idea where the track is, or what it looks like. I doubt NOX could even spell the word "track", or recognise a track if it came up and introduced itself as Mr Track from the "Keep On Track" company while wearing a tracksuit and singing "One Track Mind" by Bobby Lewis and the Tracks.
