I'm not questioning their integrity, and I think they are good at what they do (otherwise I wouldn't be in this company), but I will point out that how were they going to buy and mine this without having a company behind them? Whatever company they ended up being directors of would've got this because they don't have the equipment, labour, and funds to do it by themselves. Just because Beacon is getting this, doesn't confirm whether or not they have integrity.
