Well done to all holders and can echo many thoughts of very nice to see any short positions severely burnt, a bit of mixed feelings about this one as I had a small parcel until this morning and what I thought was my very optimistic take profit at $2.34 got hit this morning before I could react, a bit of a queasy feeling having possibly left some profits on the table for the next guy, and hopefully, my small parcel found a home at some other small brave retailer who topped up this morning rather than at Albermarle..
Interesting that LTR kept quiet about the first two ridiculous low-ball Albermarle bids, but did go public on this third offer. Can only assume it was frustration at the LTR board level that prompted them and a not so subtle signal to Abermarle to stop wasting their time and make some serious offers.
Anyway - well done to all those who still hold today, nice to see some people having some good wins against what has been a tough market lately.
