At the present price of $2.40, for those shorters that sold under about $1.70, they will likely be subject to a margin call at tomorrow's start of business, to be closed out or additional funds found before 4pm tomorrow.
This based on the usual requirement that a shorter has 150% the shorted value as an offset.
So closing auction today and tomorrrow should have a bit of extra tension!
