TO having worked at BHP would have known the short games etc that Albermarle were playing for the bid. I'm sure its a well trodden path for alot of the bigger companies to get resources cheaply
I don't have any issues that the first 2 bids were not disclosed as ALB were given the opportunity to be genuine bidders and their stake was less than 5%.
Not sure who this TO bid will pull out of the woodwork, especially now car manufacturers are looking to own mines...It's certainly put LTR on the radar
