they might agree, but what have they agreed to, a hard cap on emissions and the 43% reduction by 2030 still on the table, they are very clever politicians , they won't stop any new coal and gas projects from starting but this Hard Cap on Emissions which i don't fully understand may make it unviable to begin any new projects ........... does any one see this differently
