Thumbs up. Great point. Hope they can. Most firms want 2producing wells, which they would have. Not sure if Kazakhstan is a conern for some, but I guess a convertible note should be easy enough.
If they are/were in talks with an underwriter, then perhaps those same people would be interested in other financing options.
But like I said, until JPROA are settled the companies hands are somewhat tied. And the market wants it sorted.
