One thing I love about iPPS is that the results we have over time (I'm talking over years decades) is consistent, so consistent...take a look at this Ghosh study done back in 2005....taken straight from Dr Skerett's slides just presented at Oarsi...


Red Arrow - Placebo initially get a lovely feeling that the drug is working....green arrow - same with the active (iPPS)...then reality sets in, placebo group think waiiitttt a sec...is that pain I'm actually feeling again? Hmmm I'm a bit wobbly on my conviction that I got the real juice...

Then the separation begins...(light blue lines)...it becomes chalk and cheese....look at the result even after 24 full weeks. Its that separation we want.










What about Joint Stiffness? Any difference here?






..and finally PGIC? What did the patients overall feeling about life and what they are experiencing as a result of the drug???? What did they think about how well the drug is working??
