Although Ganfeng has an offtake agreement for a significant portion of the project, the path to production may still be uncertain. Given the project's scale, it is critical not to lose control of it, and thus, the full control of LLL will be necessary to ensure timely delivery. While we can completely trust Simon, there are external factors beyond our control, such as contractor failures, or relations between Australia and China. Ganfeng has the local resources to links up alternative Chinese contractors if necessary.
