with the move in exchange rates recently we're looking at a $160m aud payout (90% of after tax earnings) on a $150m MC and you get to keep the shell with $15m of cash in it.
Once the deal is closed and they start talking about tax treatment etc. I would hope we get a little closer to intrinsic value. It seems like we're 15% or more off the sum of the parts.
