I'm not selling to Allegro.

l think we need to alert ASIC and news outlets on what is going on in our opinion.

The valuation was laughable after the large half year result.

Why not release the result or at least a business update prior to the 'offer' from Allegro to arrive at the price the market saw as reasonable?

Something is not right.
