Yeah will be interesting for sure.
Quite surprised there hasn't been any correspondence from AKE on the matter considering how material this may be to their remaining 100m or so shares in the company. Even my several emails to investor relations didn't seem to warrant any kind of reply which is a bit disappointing.
I would have thought they would be going after this hard, considering they have the funds to end this debacle more or less immediately, and pick up the asset they botched in the first place.
Anyway, we wait and see I guess, powerless and with no voice as per usual.
