ALB announced a new hydroxide plant in South Carolina, it will need around 360,000 tpa of spodumene to feed it. I would have thought they would be looking for tagets closer to home to feed this plant. Sigma for instance is actually looking for a buyer and would be much closer to S. Carolina from an ESG perspective.
