Great outcome for all holders and im happy with my bag, but I think the timing of this release is very strategic for many reasons.
It's no secret that LTR needs to secure more funding for the shortfall of the revised capex amount. Whether that's debt or equity remains to be seen but with the higher share price, its a master stroke by the board to limit any dilution that may come.
Obviously the other factor at play is any revised offer, so i wonder which will come first.
