Shell knows that Bradley knows that a bunch of Tanz graphite companies are excitedly awaitng invites to the Tanz Signing Ceremony but that the date won't be set until after other business is finalised. So much to get through such as Special Mining Licenses and Framework Agreements... all of which need signature on the dotted lines. Bradley knows that! Is everyone waiting on EGR's pending "imminent" news? Is that what the jolly green frog knows plus the fact that these things take time as does covering shorts at the lowest price possible? Or is just all a hoax? Shell thinks its not the latter... given that Duma has been registered, FA negotiations have been finalised, project management have been appointed and the Tanz Govt is headed by Magafooli's successor, the impressive Mama Samia.... And, lets not forget that AS has been photographed mixing with all the lovely local frogettes of Epanko.
