Hard to say exactly what Sonangol brings too the table apart from a wealth of experience being a non operator. They would have a lot of contacts amongst oil majors so hopefully something can happen there as this project will be getting to levels that a minnow would struggle to operate.
I suspect the gas wells were demanded a few months back when we had the rig. Remember that there was that fire at the oil storage facility at the shipping terminal where crude is imported. Wouldn't surprise me if the facility is at half capacity and creating issues with energy needs.
