Since there hasn't been a single trade at 40c, I would have thought that AWE's bid of 40c has, to date, been a miserable failure.
However, Nursery states that "Awe will still buy through a broking house at prices above the 40c". If this is the case, then we have no idea how many shares AWE has acquired.
How frequently is AWE obligated to notify the market of the progress of their acquisition ?
