I don’t see why they would need to raise now. they have capital to get through at least 2023. Did Hank say they might even have enough to operate through most or all of 2024?
The deal with Rabdan was for Rabdan to find the funds if there was no immediate funding from the UAE via Tawazun. Hence if anyone is raising now it would be Rabdan.
