Before MRE 3 I though $10 for gonneville was reasonable. Now its a $75 billion resource and growing. It could potentially be >$100 Billion once all the underground resource is known.
I think at least $20 cash or $25 worth of script would be fair, that is still less than %10 of the in ground value.
