I think that it is pretty clear that allowing Glaxo to sell Relenza at any price without a floor was a big mistake and it appears this is what has come back to haunt us in the last quarter's results.
I have resisted "bashing" management for a while - my main beef in the past has been poor PR, however, I do know first hand from direct contact that whenever issues are put to them, the response is usually just excuses. They don't appear to take external advice on board - it is pretty much what you see is what you get.
I think with the salaries and bonuses that they are on, we have every right to put this out there and allow them to be scrutinised - and as discussed, yes, certainly direct contact with management is required - I encourage all here who are serious to make contact - perhaps the message will finally sink in.
In the end, I believe that we need better personnel at the helm.
