Maybe this has been asked/answered before, but the announcement of this new capital raising/spp includes multiple pages where they point out all the risks. It reads to me like all standard stuff but I'm interested to know why that has never been included before (ie the last cr)?
Is it because they have new legal counsel that have advised they need to cover their arses and say this sort of stuff, or some other reason? Why are they bringing up all these risk factors at this point. ALthough I think there is probably nothing to it, it does make me a tad nervous...
