Would you rather management walk away with a golden handshake and be done with them or have the vote fail and have to endure our inept management stumble towards development with the potential for a board spill at some stage?

I see my failure to accurately assess ESS management as my only real mistake when it came to investing here. I’d rather cash out and be done with them, ideally at 60 cents a share or more.
