Freedom of speech doesn't exit on a privately owned social media platform, this is a company not a country. You don't have the freedom here to spread absurd disinformation

The director's trades were completely legal and within his rights, they were well after the prior bids and well before the others. He had no knowledge that future bids would be lodged, and they couldn't announce the bids prior as they were well in the past. He was therefore not trading on insider knowledge, as the bids prior to his purchase were never going to be announced unless a future bid was to be made (which he had no knowledge of). This is nothing illegal and even remotely dodgy about this.

Nonetheless, I have made spectacular returns thanks to the efforts put in by our management. They have driven this company to where it is today and I am thankful for the huge effor they have put in. I couldn't care less even if they did trade on insider information, they deserve the gains as compensation for their continuous hard work. I am personally happy that he is already making a great ROI on that recent investment
