Truth is no one can believe anything that is said on this. For the last several weeks, months even, Mav has been commenting that the SPA is due imminently. The recent announcement contradicts this.
The market certainly doesn't have any faith in AK or Rog. 52+ weeks to acquire a 3d scan like wtf, seriously?
The only thing this company is good for is leaving investors burnt
