I agree for what has been executed by the company, but the market shows that the SP bounces off the $1.7x bottom range typically just as an observation of chart movements which is separate from what factually been completed and achieved to date for Sunrise.
While $1.7x is still far too cheap for what has been done to date it is typically the minimum from a chart perspective
