I looked at James Browns own words and he doesnt agree with you, as a share holder you should write to him and demand the company pursue legal action. I bet the last thing they want is ASIC or ACCC involvement. I wonder what personal concessions the staff were making to keep the business in a sound fiscal and operating position? are you still insolvent if all your staff agreed to work for free?
