MoM, MoP and others involved on their side did a pretty sloppy job, imo.

And Nigel cannot just ask for a 15-minute meeting with Felix to clear this whole mess up - between these two there are several layers of government beaurocracy with their agendas which are not always aligned, Nigel has to go through official channels within this beaurocratic multilayered onion. That's one of the reasons, I guess, why Nigel has hired Marius Mihigo to lobby for AVZ.
