Couple of major differences. First MP is at the mine site so all MP has to worry about is locale regulations. Do you remember when NC received permission from AU to return tailings to Mt weld for burial. International shipping regulations prevented this MP drains, then roasts the out put of C&L which has many down stream advantages. Lynas feeds it wet into plant total different process. All you talk about is storage. Not a complete picture at all.
Lastly Codicil is a great idea but no one is willing to take it, How good or bad it is not relevant. You do agree with this because you said

the Malaysian government at the time decided Lynas must dispose of the residues in a permanent disposal facility instead.

So why do you even mention this?

While we are talking about waste disposal here is the PDF for the GSSB contract. It was suppose to be done June 2022. Can any of the people who think Lynas is great at project management and stockholder communications tell me when this will be done and what costs will be?

i know there were problems but should we not have an update by now???
