    Exactly TC and the government desperately needs gas but also would love the oil in Alameda to save their sorry butts. Not being in production has more implications than my retirement fund. AP had no intention of passing off responsibility for the rig delay for a reason. SR has raised it’s ugly head. Didn’t want to spook the sheep.
