At the very least Jake should reassure the market he has a plan.
I agree with @LT_Investor that companies are valued by their future expected earnings, but it’s difficult to see into a highly valuable future when the cash burn has historically been high - and no credible plan has been presented that suggests that will change.
At the very least, announce some planned costs savings - otherwise all the board restructure seems to have achieved is to shuffle the deck chairs.
