Approximately 4 years ago speculation was rife here on HC that Acadia might be interested in a takeover instead of just accessing row rights. At that time a 1 for 30 or 40 script swap would likely have got the deal done. Now I’d be surprised if a 1 for 1 could make it happen and speculation has started that Neuren could be a potential buyer! The market cap differential approx 4 years ago was 40 times Neuren’s, it is now less than double!
