Why has TBA been unable to finalise and lodge it's half year financial statements?
My guess is no reason other than the co is happy to be placed in forced suspension as opposed to continually updating the voluntary suspension.
Generally, a really poor announcement lacking any real detail or insight for suffering shareholders.
