This has been a very well thought out and executed transaction.
Speewah size and scale make this a steal, the deal was conducted in a way that the selling shareholders didn't feel robbed.
The deferred Cash settlement gives me confidence that the board has faith that the company will be re-rated after the strategic review is complete allowing capital to be raised at a level that reflects the company's worth.
