The board cannot succeed they are not competent enough and never have been, besides the bsheet they have put out because that's all they are good at oh yeh an throwing their mates under the bus, who needs friends when you have a BoD's like Auz doing you over, the whole board should have stepped aside one by one after MH took the reigns as they were as guilty as Benny Boy, so I am not sure when the penny will drop for some but maybe one day some will wake up that the company is only as good as those running it and at this point no one can argue it's a shit show because those running it are incompetent.
