if the RBA keep raising rates a few more times DXS will drop to $7.50 or even $6.50 as i illustrated earlier that every 1% rise in RBA cash rate is about a 12% drop in DXS stock, hopefully the RBA raise rates 0.25% another 2 or 3 times at most, i think DXS will be below $7.80 for a while yet before the RBA even think of cutting rates.....
if worst comes to worst and we get another GFC style collapse, and DXS need to raise capital i think even if they had to raise $800million that would only be a 10% dilution, so not that bad, after that DXS would be super capitalized and ready to even buy up some distressed assets from other REITS, like cromwell for eg. they have high gearing, if rates go up further they could be in distress and need to sell assets, DXS as the best co. in the sector could buy up some distressed assets from others when and if they come up for sale.
DXS is like the BHP or RIO of the property sector, the GORILLA.
