It's amazing how under the radar IVZ remains.

What is it about a potential >5.5 Billion Boe resource, so conveniently onshore and near a major existing trans-national pipeline, that's so easy to overlook?

the fact it remains unproven potential. Until there’s discovery of commercial quantities, in the big picture there’s nothing to note. The countries you mentioned all have had major discoveries, and two are in production.
