take over or not? surprise or tragic? july 31

Possible take over bid is under negotiation? See following facts:

No1. shareholder, Richmark Ltd, currently holding 27640589 OS which is 19.19%

Also they are holding 10M 12C option due on July 31 which was bought from the present director for 13C each,(1.3M cash in total)

No2 shareholder, Grandmaster holding 21563608 OS which is 14.97%

If Richmark exercise the option in full then it will hold 37640589 OS which will be 24.44% and over the 20% MAX holding line. It only will be accepted by law if:
1. where shareholder of the target company approve the aquisition
2. Creeping aquisition of up to 3% in 6 mth
3. Aquisition from court approved process

SO WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON JULY 31?

I have source comfirmed that Richmark and Grandmaster is negotiating now however I don't think Grandmaster will sell all its stake under 30C caz it average $ should be more than 30C, that was why it is a deadlock now...caz souce told me the deal was supposed to set in end of March...

SO LET'S JUST WAIT AND SEE....
