    Dont matter if it's manipulation.
    Just seems to be playing out exactly how precious raises went. The share price would sit at a low price for months and then rally for 1 week or so closing on a high daily and then they would announce the cap raise at the discounted average price.
    No news regardless so just a waiting game for now.
