I agree that it gets increasingly hard as time goes by without new announcements. However, perhaps it's worth keeping in mind the massive potential that exists because of the recent US DoD recommendation. Surely DRO would be right to pursue and prioritise this line of possibility at the expense of numerous, smaller contracts, and who knows what time/resources it might take? I doubt that a) and DoD contact would be sorted out quickly, or b) they'd take kindly to DRO saying, "Yeah, we'll get back to you soon as we can.." If they announce a big US-wide roll out (as has been recommended- people seem to have forgotten how huge a deal that is) in the future, it'll all be worth it. Patience is a virtue. Accumulate while the chance is there IMO.
