Great analysis! The impressiveness is that we currently have over 600k tonnes allocated with the current supply agreements in place. I see this as a long term investment and the dividends by themselves over the next 5 years will cover anywhere between 25-50% of the purchase price, even at current prices. When you factor in the potential growth in share price you've detailed based on the PE ratio becoming more realistic, its a very impressive opportunity.
