Disagree with Scarva and others over past and present "rock kicking" comments but he is allowed his opinion.
Think Gip know well the potential out there as i have posted before and i expect Gip will carry on full steam ahead and discover economic deposit/deposits.
Personally i would rather the money was spent on the Egyptian projects but may change my mind if progess here can act as a springboard to get other prospects off the ground.
I do not like the political situation in Eritrea of course, but to Gandel i guess he can offset that, in that Gip will face less redtape and a more generous and helpful government.
The Eritrean government is going to fall over itself being helpful of course as they need the money to prop themselves up (which does leave a sour taste in the mouth).
Hopefully success with a Eritrean gold prospect can boost the Egyptian ones though "underneath Eritrea, as well as under the other countries in the Horn of Africa, lies the Arabian-Nubian Shield..
...the Arabian-Nubian Shield was the site of some of mans earliest geologic efforts, principally the Egyptians who extracted gold from the rocks of Egypt".
Certainly see no chance of the Eritrean prospects being put on the backburner. Gandel is going to make decisions based on the economic Pro's and Con's.
When Gip went for the extra tenements it was obvious that they could see the long term potential.
